“I'm sorry a few customers have had a bad experience, but for me it was good did most of it online only called in to use ATM pin ect ,lady blonde pleasent face over whelming help gave me envelopes for deposits if closed and told me that transfers could be done directly to savings account and don't need to go thru current account which I didn't know so well done .I would just say though Banks's are there to make money not necessarily friend's .”

“I visit a branch in Southport today. I just stepped inside the bank, and immediately was approached by the manager who offered a help. When I explained the reason of my visit, the manager informed a colleague of hers about my case and I was offered support.
