My bed broke due to no fault of my own. After a battle and countless calls to customer service trying to blame the fault on me, we finally won.
Took 3 weeks for someone to come out and look at the bed who didn't even work for Benson's for beds (self employed person) wrote up a review and told us we would hear back by the end of the week.
10 days go past and we rang them up to solve it there and then.
Thankfully they gave us a refund, so we went in-store that day to be told there is no managers in for another 3 days.
So we decided to go up to Norwich branch and they helped us a tad by giving us a staff discounts on their mattress but we decided to go back into the Yarmouth branch so we can choose a clearance mattress so we can take it away that day as they have stated.
We picked a mattress and Garry was rather rude and unprofessional. He gave us wrong information about delivery dates, told us it would take a week to get it delivered but in reality 3 weeks.
Overall, the unprofessionalism within this company is absolutely terrible and would not recommend anyone to go with Benson's for beds.

I was disappointed with the extremely poor customer service. As well as the staff being rude, I was given incorrect information about tempur mattresses.

TODAY WE WENT AND BOUGHT A MATTRESS FROM BENSON'S FOR BEDS IN YARMOUTH THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL I THINK THE STAFF, GARY AND ESPECIALLY TRACY DESERVE CREDIT
