“I feel I must write to show my appreciation of Vik and Lauren who have been running the pharmacy alone since the sacking of their colleague. I don't believe either has had a day off in around three weeks. Without their commitment & sense of responsibility we would have had a severely curtailed service, or no service at all at times. As a rural area many people rely on this pharmacy as the nearest alternative is either Norwich or Diss, twelve and eight miles away respectively. Especially elderly and disabled customers or those without their own transport.They must be exhausted yet continue to be friendly, helpful and professional.My thanks to them both and I hope they can have some time off soon to spend time with their families and a well earned rest.”
