The guy in the Currys section was really helpful, felt bad because in the end I got one from the car phone warehouse section - long wait to be seen as staff were all deeply involved in flogging phone contracts etc, so not easy to just quickly buy something”

Adam sorted out the difficulty with my contract in a few minutes, which 2+ hours to a call centre failed to do. Vodafone needs to invest in real people like this, rather than call centre staff who give inconsistent and conflicting information.”
