Buying for my son, so not somewhere I'd usually shop, however the staff were great and friendly too so I didn't feel out of place or ridiculous for asking questions about sizes or brands. The girl who served me knew about the about the app and took time to explain how it worked. Definitely feel comfortable shopping there for my son again.

Decent size store. Although the item I wanted had been taken off the shelves in the course of the 30 mins since I saw it earlier, so I spent a bit time searching around the store. Upon asking a member of staff they went and found it from the stock room for me.Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Music was far too loud. Had to shout at the till. Girl couldn't hear us or vice versa. Said we couldn't hear because of the music and shop assistant just smiled.

Ordered Man City goalkeeper kit for grandsons birthday instore Norwich, absolutely diabolical from start to finish, instore staff seemed disinterested not paying attention to what you say and next day delivery not turned up and not likely too now 3rd day in, had to ask three times face to face with staff what I was after, after been shown a man united red top then a Man City outfield top third time of asking got the green goal keepers top and shorts, no socks in stock, paid for next day. Still not arrived after ringing customer services twice. Order set socks on Amazon told 3 days for delivery should be Saturday came today one day earlier in time for birthday, could and can still do of ordered top and shorts on Amazon to be here next day. Checked other reviews on JD lots with same problem on next day delivery. Give this company a miss go to the experts at Amazon and save a whole load of hassle. After trying to shop local and help high street trade these big companies are streets behind literally.Jim
