The only thing I didn't like that they allow dogs in the evening .I've got a dog lunch time yes evening no was like having a meal with a dog at the vets a lot off people don't won't that in the evening Barking dogs. “Exceptional service at the Norwich branch. After some issues using the online site to order a sofa and bistro table/chairs we were contacted by our local store to pop into store. Chris Brown, Sales Consultant was able to take our order in -store, he was so helpful, even received a better deal, and he made the whole experience stress free. We would defiantly recommend in-store purchase, and they offer BlueLight discount. Thank you Chris ?”

“Matt was very professional and was a great salesman all the way through. Very knowledgeable about the all mattress. Explained everything from the sleep machine to all the mattress that best suited me. He wasn't pushy with a sale, just let me get on with it. He threw in a few free pillows as it was my birthday which made my experience even better! Great experience overall!”

“We arrived at 2.30pm to see if we could get some lunch, we were greeted with a smile and that the kitchen was closed but he would check with the chef. We were asked to pick what we would like form the menu. we both choose Sandwiches and they were fresh filling served with a side salad and crisps. The beer was exceptional, according to my partner. Good to see a pub with locals and tourists along with great service & good food. We will be back.”

“One goes there not for the comfort, but for sake of the people, one meets. Every of three times I was there, I talked to people who beamed a feeling of affinity springing from a special character of the place. If you are in the vcinity, drop in. One can reach the place in many ways — consult your map any guide book. Take care in winter. In the summer one can try descending Observatory Gully (not through Gardeloo) from Ben Nevis.”

“Nice clean, quiet campsite close to Cromer and Sherringham, toilet block was clean and warm with free showers and plenty of hot water, leveling blocks needed for some pitches.”

“Well situated hotel with basic but comfortable rooms. The website warns that due to its location that there is some street noise. Didn't find this to be a problem, but do be warned that on Monday morning refuse is collected along the street at 5:45am followed at 6:15am by glass recycling bins from the nightclubs. A very rude and exceptionally loud awakening!”

“The bed is amazing, so comfy. The room is clean and spacious. There is even a fan for the warm nights. Receptionist explained that I can opt for a sheet instead of a duvet as there is no air on! The bathroom is immaculate. It’s all very clean except for a cob web and a hair clip on the floor.”

“Very helpful staff. I visited at a busy time. There wasn't much room in some parts of the store. Cafe looked popular, to busy to feel comfortable. Still have a positive feel about the store though.”

“Went for a new mattress as mine had a large dent and was old. Helpful store worker helped me find the perfect pillow and mattress. Deliverers took my old mattress for recycling and delivered my chosen mattress and pillows to the room I needed them in, all in excellent condition at delivery. Delivery driver was polite and courteous. Can't think of anything to complain about as the service I received was perfect, would recommend to friends and family and I will be returning here when I next need bed stuff.”

“Clean spacious and inexpensive.A little dated but tbh it does exactly what is needed at a very sensible price.Close to McD and BK and beside Shell services so stuff available but expensive (think service station uplift)Very large electrical pylon for high voltage line beside the car park no issue for me but if that worries you maybe book somewhere else.”

“This is a hard one to write, went for a two night break with my husband and son whilst they played golf. I had the joy to experience Norwich one day then the spa the next day. Once we got into our room we were looking for a spoon that had not been left with the tea making facilities. We were shocked to find an open condom out of its packet in one of the drawers ( I don't think or hoping it had not been used) then another drawer contained lots of sweet wrappers and crisps. Went straight to reception. They were very helpful and tried to move us but was told there were no more family rooms. We could have moved to a suite but would have meant our son sleeping on a put up bed. We said not to worry but could this be cleaned asap when housekeeping were back in. We were assured that this would be done and a spoon would be brought to the room. Also told that she would talk to her manager but didn't hear anything from them. Room was cleaned the next day but still the drawers had not been checked and cleaned and still no spoon. I had to go back to reception to ask for the drawers to be cleaned again. Was very apologetic and they were cleaned sometime after. It would have been nice to have had an apology from the manager. When my husband went to check out this morning still no mention of it. Just worried what else are they missing when cleaning the rooms. Other than this we did enjoy our experience, the food was lovely and staff were very friendly. The ladies in the lilac room were very helpful and the massage was amazing. The only downfall to the spa is if you are using it to have a chilled peaceful day. It is used by the hotel guests and can get a little bit busy and noisy.”
