Decent staff and fare. One or two diffucult service users, plus a few good ones.

If your down on your luck this is an excellent resource. Food, a place to shower, help with clothes, appointments and directions to places that are paid to do better than the volunteers (but they just aren't as helpful). I expect everyone will need to know about this place soon enough!
