If your down on your luck this is an excellent resource. Food, a place to shower, help with clothes, appointments and directions to places that are paid to do better than the volunteers (but they just aren't as helpful). I expect everyone will need to know about this place soon enough!

Run by the Salvation Army as a drop in for homeless / vulnerable adults. A huge amount to offer.
