I have witness them with other older customers and customers with mobilty issues and they are very patient and attentive. Much nicer than Boots.”

“I went to boots this morning for some advice on some make-up. Sam was only one of two people covering the make-up section. Sam was amazing, he colour matched me perfectly, gave me samples, and went through a personalised skin care routine for me. Informing me of the best directions to achieve the best look. Thank you so much Sam, I would definitely refer anyone to Sam as he new what he was talking about, and answering all my questions.”

This week especially, Lottie and Rachel have gone the extra mile to assist me when I’ve not been able to get to the pharmacy and have needed urgent prescriptions for my husband and myself. “A few months ago having had a doctors appointment I visited the pharmacy to pick up the prescription issued by my doctor. The pharmacy was incredibly busy with dozens of people waiting to pick up prescriptions. At this point the staff were under incredible pressure from customers unhappy at the waiting time. The staff members dealt with every person with patience, kindness and understanding and to be frank it was both impressive and inspiring to watch. I had been in the queue for about 20 minutes and with each minute my pain was worsening to the point where I became quite emotional and started tearing up in the queue. A lovely lady behind the desk clocked me came out and kindly took me into the consultation room, sat me on a chair and gave me a water. I was so relieved to be out of that queue and sat down it made the whole experience so much more bearable. After an administrative error on the part of my doctors whom had not sent through the prescription I finally left an hour later with my medication and humbled by the sheer kindness of the staff. They checked on me several times between customers while I sorted everything out and I genuinely couldn't have been more grateful at that moment. Thank you all involved :)”

“Been using them for a while now, at least 6 months. Compared with Lloyds on Knaresboro' Road, (THE most dire outfit on the planet!), this lot are pretty good. They are NOT good at answering the phone - this is a mistake as ultimately it would reduce queueing, as people would not turn up unless they knew things were ready. However, queueing aside, they are organised, they know what they are doing, and they have a system (electronic) that works! They know where everything is, and service is prompt, when you finally get to the front of the queue!I would suggest:-Every day, allocate one person to answer the phone!Have a separate "queue channel" for customers who know their prescription is ready! That would also reduce queueing!I have found them to be courteous and efficient, not withstanding the above suggestions. I will be continuing to use them.”
