Terrible service. 30 min wait in a queue to get told you need to see someone else at the back of the bank, then to wait another 25 minutes to get a photo copy of your marriage certificate to then get told oh we have just changed your savings account not your main bank account , you can fill this form out and bring it back... read full comment

You cannot get in contact with them easily … well at all , dreadful customer service I e migrated to First Direct
