Stayed in Harlow Carr room for a night after visiting York, room was very nice , plenty of room, overlooking fields & horses, good for a quiet nights sleep, although during the day there's a constant humming noise behind some boxing (think was coming from the kitchen extractor fans) it did stop at bedtime! A brilliant find for a drink and an impromptu meal - really friendly staff, a great atmosphere and delicious food - what's not to like! Plus they are dog friendly - always a bonus! Definitely one to re-visit when in the area :-)
