We enjoyed our stay at Dean Court. Great location, right next to the Minster.Nearby activities: Plenty of restaurants, probably bs and tourist attractions nearby.

Food was poor. Portion size varied greatly between different menu choices with some dishes distinctly meagre. The pheasant dish was, frankly, disgusting, and we were later offered a refund on this dish - recipe from headquarters apparently. Would not recommend eating here.

I would stay here again and again. The staff is incredible. A special thanks to Alison and Gery for making us feel like royalty. No better place in York!
