Been super Helpful, Nothing is too much trouble and above all Nationwide Make you feel Very Valued to be a Member.This is not a Bank Remember, Nationwide is a Building Society. So pretty Different.I will Proberly be With Nationwide Until the end of time. That's quite something to say as well. But that shows also a Great level of Trust also.Keep up the Great work Nationwide.”

“UN BELIVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICEWe were victims of a fraud of significant money on the 29th April, we realised the crime and ran to the Lloyds Local Kettering branch. The wonderful lady at the welcome point(sorry we missed her name) helped us 100% of her ability, she perfectly understood our frustration and helped us. 2 minutes after the Manager came to the office first thing manager said" we are here to help you", now on the 9th of May we got our full refund back. “I had a bad experience with a worker ther in this branch aaround 4 yrs ago. She was middle aged with shrt drk hair, was abrupt nd not interested in helpin me. After moving my account I went back to the branch this month and hd a really gd experience. The girls on the money desk hd fun nd it felt a hppy place nd they helpd me open my account on the tablet. Seems like a much better place than it was befor.”
