I ordered a light fixture from City Plumbing on the 16th October 2023. They confirmed my order by email and I was told it would be delivered on the 17th October. I sent the company an email on the 20th October stating that I had not received my order only to be told that the item was not dispatched and was discontinued.... read full comment

We needed to cancel our order or postpone it, phoned the number on the receipt, they gave me another number to call, 2 hours later no answer, phoned the first number again she put me on the queue again 30 min later no answer. Disgusting behaviour.
