“Love the ladies area and the sauna. It’s just such a shame that 3 out of 5 treadmills in the ladies area aren’t fully functional and in the changing rooms it’s tough to find lockers that lock. I wish I could give this gym 5 stars but it’s frustrating that things are broken and aren’t being fixed.”

“It's so hard to find the right gym that has everything including a pool and keeps you motivated to keep on going. This gym is great and also has a punch bag which is perfect. Great gym at a great price?”

“I had an amazing back and leg massage, which was very needed. Beforehand we had a bite to eat and a smoothie which was really nice. After the massage we went for a swim and a relaxation in the jacuzzi which was lovely, it wasn't busy and the jacuzzi is big, not one of those small round ones. The changing rooms and showers were really clean and well kept. I walked past the gym, and that looked fab too but had no time to use it, unfortunately. The staff were really professional and helpful, which made the experience really great. Altho I'm saddened to hear that virgin are closing all their treatment areas so even though I would really recommend going for a message they won't be available from 31st Oct.”

“Have been a member of PureGym Central for many years and couldn’t imagine going elsewhere.Plenty of equipment & space.Yes it can get extremely busy at certain times so I go early as possible.Gym is always clean & tidy.The staff are approachable and friendly.5 * for me & my partner.Thank you guys.”

“(Swim Lessons). Staff are lovely. Facilities are good. The only issue I have is the space - the changing rooms are SO small and there’s never enough room - people getting their children changed in the hallways, toilets, outside because the space just cannot cope with the amount of students. The issue is the same in the waiting foyer during lessons - about 15 chairs for 40/50 parents and a tiny window that everyone crowds around in an attempt to watch their child.They don’t seem to update their swim goals very often either - I know my daughter has done most of the things on there but according to the app she hasn’t.Swim teachers are lovely though and fab teachers - I’ll stay just for them.”
