This place is a joke.No one ever answer the phones.Communication to members is non existent causing wasted journeys when classes are cancelled.Apparently we should check their social media?! My experience with this place is a good one, not perfect, but for the price i pay monthly with spa included, I'm happy with the place. Sometimes, the jacuzzi is out of working, or the water in it has too much chlorine . The cleaning should be done better. The gym locker is small. I started aqua exercise on my own last night and very nervous, but the receptionist introduced me to a lovely group of ladies who made me feel very welcome and at ease, I ended up having such a lovely time and lots off giggles too...Thankyou everyone and to the instructor too, Justin, looking forward to next week ?
