Following problems opening an account online I visited the branch to open an account. I was told I had to book an appointment . They said it would be about 2.5 hours later . I can't find a way to book an appointment online and Northampton centre is awful .

Sadly I got my money frozen and left very embarrassed. All because I use a travel card and the lady didn’t like it …. To feel embarrassed about your own money should never happen . I enjoy my holidays and work hard for them !The centuries old banks are around for a reason .I wish this one all the bad luck it deserves

Lost our money for the purchase of a property. Paid £25 chaps payment for a faster payment will be 24hours tomorrow and they don't know where the money is! We might lose our deposit because of this bank!!!!!!
