Got on the bus and walked to Metro Bank. Inside the bank, it was very snazzy and posh. I asked a question about them supporting people with ASD and Charles (the man that works there) said that people with ASD need a bank account (i think). It's new, so there's less workers and people going to it.

Following problems opening an account online I visited the branch to open an account. I was told I had to book an appointment . They said it would be about 2.5 hours later . I can't find a way to book an appointment online and Northampton centre is awful .

Sadly I got my money frozen and left very embarrassed. All because I use a travel card and the lady didn?t like it ?. To feel embarrassed about your own money should never happen . I enjoy my holidays and work hard for them !The centuries old banks are around for a reason .I wish this one all the bad luck it deserves

Lost our money for the purchase of a property. Paid £25 chaps payment for a faster payment will be 24hours tomorrow and they don't know where the money is! We might lose our deposit because of this bank!!!!!!

I took my 2 children into metro today ( sunday ) to open up saving accounts for them, the customer service was excellent! Margo helped us open the accounts, she was very friendly and there was a man on reception who was extremely helpful and friendly too, my kids first bank experience was 10/10 . Thank you and well done guys x

Today, I went to Metro Bank, Northampton to open a bank account. I had received an excellent service from the Northamptom Metro Bank Team, especially Mr Tyler and his colleague (sorry I don?t remember her name). They gave me a birthday gift and a card, which was a pleasant surprise for me. I would like to thank them and the entire team at Metro Bank, Northampton.

Opened a new account after being with Lloyds bank for 10 years and after there shoddy customer service thought I?d move to Metro a massive shout out to Rich who helped me open my account and go through everything with me would definitely recommend this branch so helpful and caring and open on a Sunday ?
