The parcel collection service here is a shambles. I waited for 30 minutes for a parcel whilst other shoppers came and went. They serve people in a random order and not as they arrive. I was then told after 3 different people had looked that my parcel couldn’t be located and they would call me if they could find it later.... read full comment
