The parcel collection service here is a shambles. I waited for 30 minutes for a parcel whilst other shoppers came and went. They serve people in a random order and not as they arrive. I was then told after 3 different people had looked that my parcel couldn?t be located and they would call me if they could find it later. If made the trip especially. Will now be actively avoiding this store as it?s so poorly run.

Good selection of quality goods.However let down by mediocre service. Click and collect needs to improve.
