“Staff were lovely and really attentive with all the suit fittings. And suits were amazing. Only complaint is that you have to drop all the suits back within two days after your wedding. I tried to drop them off where we got married in Chester but the moss bros had closed down so had to wait till the next day. Got charged £10 per suit so £70 in total for being one day late, it had left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, a real shame.”

“I visited FatFace Rushden Lakes a couple of weeks ago. I bought their dungarees which are gorgeous. While in the store I was helped by Hannah and Anna. They were both super helpful and so friendly. I had a great experience and left store very happy. I went online and ordered the dungaree dress. It arrived on time and was nice but not a great fit. It was a bit too big, size 16. So I rang the store direct. Again, I was not disappointed. Anna answered the phone and checked for a size 14. She was so helpful and friendly on the phone. She went out the back. She came back to phone and was so delighted to be able to say how lucky I was, there was one left. I asked if I could come over on Sunday to try it on. She took my name and promised to hold it for me. I went in on Sunday and there were 2 gentleman on duty. Tom and Gabe. I explained the call and Gabe went to get it for me. I tried it on and it fitted me much better. On the way to till Tom stopped me to find out if I was happy. At the till both gentleman were so friendly and helpful also. I was so comfortable with them. I praised them all and thanked them for such good experiences. Tom even gave me 10% off which I was grateful for. You (head office) should be so proud of your amazing team. Such fantastic ambassadors of your brand. Because of them you have a customer for life! Please thank them all again for being amazing!”

“It's a very good shopping centre compared to NN1. Lots of different brand shops and offers as well. Car park is also free for a couple of hours (I think it is 3 hours). It is the best place for shopping for the Northampton area, and the only thing is 18 miles a bit far from NN1.”

“We areived for lunc at 11.45. The place was very busy, however we received within 30 mins which for how busy it was is acceptable. The restaurant team never stopped, each one being efficient as possible and keep customers happy. We had a lovely lunch. Well done all ?”

“Got my bag from there last time,wanted to buy a white diesel bag but the price on the price tag was 339 totally different from when I went to pay. when I went to pay,it changed to 425,that was wrong,seemed very weird,and their explanation was thats how they get them from suppliers and they forgot to change the price and yet the bag had a sale sticker?‍♂️”

“Went in store to get a photo cake.Forgot to take the lead for my phone but no worries, the lady at the services had one for me to borrow, brilliant.Went to bakery where I asked an assistant if she knew how to operate the machine she said no but she would get someone who did. Brilliant.Another assistant came to help but couldn’t get the machine to work, she called for help & finally, I got the cake with photo on it.ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT SERVICETHANK YOU LADIES AT RUSHDEN STORE.”
