The post office is absolutely gone down hill my friend sent something 1st class on Tuesday and still waiting they need to get there service sorted out

Went to the delivery office to pay £1.50 for postage not paid. When the chap brought out the item it was a birthday card. He couldn't understand why as it had a first class stamp on it so just gave it to me and said don't worry about paying. Ok it was only £1.50 but it was very good of him. Top marks.
