Excellent service - had to return two pairs of boots I'd ordered online - it was close to closing but it was service with a smile all the way - on top of that they found me some boots that weren't even on display as they were winter boots and all the spring/summer stuff was being displayed. Very very helpful staff.

The very unprofessional male manager was having a go at one of the floor staff members in front of customers for a petty issue. That should be done after hours for both the customers and the staffs sake. I won't be returning
