Waited 45 mins on any kind of service. One of the bank employees said " i am with another customer " so obviously wasnt. Just rude.

After several visits to the bank, I need a consultation with someone, face to face, but the employees who were at the door kept sending me online. I told them I needed to talk to someone for a consultation. after several attempts to meet someone i could never meet anyone. I have been a customer of this bank for 10 years, since 2014.This is happening in BELFAST in the center, the ladies who are at the door did not help me at all. Unfortunately, I will have to change banks.

A pointless trip in to the city centre to the only remaining branch in Belfast. It took 40 minutes to get there, park car etc. I was told when i finally arrived that they no longer provide euro bank drafts. This bank does not care about their customers, offers them no choice, nor is it interested in providing a service that you the customer might want or even need. Make no mistake, you are there to serve the bank

I tryed help my family member with her bank account for online payments- her account been blocked ? twice in one day.We had phoned earlyer it get put on her account she has learning difficulties can?t do phone calls and numbers. They making the bank account no use for day to day living . As she needs online payment to live .We are un able to go to bank due to bank closed banbridgeI like make formal complaint about your services to disabled clientsIt is unsuitable for people learning disability?s . Absolutely beautiful place to be. I thought I captured the building with my rear camera but I didn't. I should add more pictures when I visit again.This Bank of Ireland is located at Belfast City Centre.I assume the bank was built when Ireland was still part of the UK. I should confirm this later as well.Anyways, the building is big and beautiful. Oh my God, "big and beautiful" seems like a book. Maybe I should write one about this.Have you visited Bank of Ireland, Belfast? Let me have your thoughts.

Horrible experience. Wanted to go in to cancel my overdraft and the lady cheekily told me to use the website. I informed her the number doesn't work trying to be sound however she tried to chat and say I was on the .com version of the website and should use the .UK version (which doesn't exist) horrible place won't be back. AVOID

Needed to do a bank transfer to pay for a car so went to the desk as the payment was over the limit for online banking of 1k pounds.They only transfer to bank of Ireland.The other option I was given was to pay over several days online, 1000 pounds a day. Highly impractical.Also got locked in as they closed for lunch while I was inside. I autistic and that was very stressful.

Fallen behind the times. Impossible to service the account online, decided to go in branch (the opening hours of which conveniently coincide with working hours of most adults therefore have to use annual leave to get here). Told to phone somewhere else as they can't help in branch.A prehistoric organisation no longer fit for purpose.

I regret not being able to give half star only. Incompetent, doubtful IQ, lazy and more. Took them more than 1 month to open my account back in 2014 with no excuse, and now more than 3 months and still struggling to close the account and retrieve my balance as i am not residing in NI anymore. PATHETIC!! Utter waste of time, money and the only feedback is frustration...
