“I went to the branch few times and was treated nicely, my questions were answered and I was allowed to use the phone of the branch to make a call to the bank advisors, when they couldn't answer my question. The only thing that time waiting on the phone to get to them is extremely long, but good that the chair was comfortable enough and I wasn't in a rush that day.”

Lots of services available including coin, cash and cheque deposit machines, cash withdrawal machines and these services are available at the counter as well. Only bad thing is theres often a very long queue due when busy.”

“Lots of help both in branch and on phone and to put a face to your talking to online or in branch great job. But keep remembering this it’s not people’s fault it’s the well paid people that are putting some of your clients into debt. Please remember their suffering please Boi step up for your people.”

“I have always used this bank and yes the wait time has increased alot. I tend to do all my banking online now and only go to the bank to deposit cash in the quick drop off service. However when I do have to go to the teller I always try to be served by Jim who is an absolute gentleman he makes the wait worth while always plesent and courteous and ever so friendly. And always helps you no matter what. 😃”

“After a frustrating morning of ringing Virgin Money in England to request assistance to get into my account and failing, I finally rang my local Virgin Money Branch @ 5 Wellington Place Belfast. My call was answered quickly. I spoke to Stephen and after a few minutes of listening to my issue understood my concern. Stephen reassured me and took time to talk me through what I needed to do. He even rang me back rather than keep me hanging on the line, as at one point he needed to find some more details I needed Thank goodness for Stephen. He was both courteous and professional. Certainly an asset to the Belfast Branch. Thanks Stephen.”

“I would like to commend the Santander branch in Coleraine for their service in sorting bank accounts etc after our relative's death. In particular Stephen in the Coleraine branch who on a face to face visit on Saturday March 12 could not have been more helpful or patient and went out of his way to help. Thank you.”

“Absolutely beautiful place to be. I thought I captured the building with my rear camera but I didn't. I should add more pictures when I visit again. This Bank of Ireland is located at Belfast City Centre.I assume the bank was built when Ireland was still part of the UK. I should confirm this later as well.Anyways, the building is big and beautiful. Oh my God, "big and beautiful" seems like a book. Maybe I should write one about this.Have you visited Bank of Ireland, Belfast? Let me have your thoughts.”
