“This Next has a furniture and homeware section as well as men’s , women’s and children’s departments so it covers a lot. Staff are helpful although sometimes too few if it’s busy. It has a great coffee shop upstairs tho (not part of Next but is in their premises) and sneaky customer toilets which not many know about”

“It’s a great value store BUT there are problems lately. 1) huge gaps in stock, all sorts of things missing from the shelves each week 2) not enough staff employed to keep store tidy, it was an absolute tip on the shelves in places on Friday last which lets the store down.”

“Had an amazing experience in this shop yesterday, extremely professional staff. My Mum forgot her cc in the shop and when we returned to get my daughter's ears pierced the girl on the till recognised my Mum and came to return her card. The service my daughter received having her ears pierced was second to none, the girl (Shannon I think) ensured we were 100 percent happy with the location before going ahead, despite me changing the marker several times she was very kind and helpful and the after advice was spot on. Really makes the difference when you have such a professional team, will definitely be back.”
