So frustrated as the tracking shows my parcel is in there, it?s been a WEEK!!! I called RM customer service and they say it?s still on the way. I don?t believe it after reading all these reviews.The content cost me £85.

Opening hours are 8am-10am and 4pm-6pm but nobody ever answers the phone. Absolute joke to get hold of anybody and the main customer service takes an hour to get through. Multi million pound PRIVATE company. Taking the absolute Mick. What a joke of a service and to think they went on strike over pay.

Posted an item 2 day tracked on 10th July. Shows as being at Nottingham MC and ' we will try to deliver today' has been saying that for weeks. They don't respond when you ask them to call back ( twice) Have put a claim in with Royal Mail which is also proving very difficult.Appalling service. Wish I could give zero stars.

What a mess! My tracking details shows that my item was received in Nottingham Mail Centre on the 4th of June (it?s 20.06 today)!!! I?ve tried calling so many times, not a single call was picked up by any of your staff. I need this parcel or some info what?s going on! Soon it will be a month since a parcel was posted from Poland. Please someone get back to me ASAP or answer your bloody phone.

So I?ve tried to text email and phone them about a bank letter containing a replacement card and they don?t answer. This doesn?t help as I?ve waited 6 working days for a replacement when I was given a timeframe of 3-5 so it?s overdue. My patience has run dry and it?s gone beyond a joke. Sort it out at once and someone give me some answers.

3nd time them "losing" my parcel when returning them, expensive ones convenient. Really needs looking into as clear they aren't doing their job and obviously stealing parcels. Thankfully I got my money back due to proof of postage.Disgusting.

Never answer the phone,They try drop your package off to post offices when they?ve already closed for the day, no regard for opening times. Lie and say they have tried to attempt delivery when they haven?t. Disgraceful.

Opening times for sunday state 11am-3pm. Arrived at 11.40 and waited for 20 minutes and its not open. (Not a strike day - although perhaps if they turned up for work they might get paid more)

We realise you are on strke for a reason and that Poyal Mail employs temps at this time of year, sorry to write a bad revue, BUT,we have received Christmas mail for 55 Hope Street at our address of 53 Hope Street, our number is on the door, 55 is the large detached house we are a semi with 51 Hope Street. we have had great service fom Royal Mail in the past unfortunately not so this season, if your union bosses took no pay rises for a while and let the workers have decent wage rises then things would be better ,

Dreadful experience with them. Managed to lose a parcel which had been marked as delivered. The person behind the counter was completely unhelpful, and kept rolling his eyes at me when I was trying to explain my situation!Avoid at all costs.
