Walked into the reception this afternoon where two ladies were sat at their desks - I asked if I could get a quick quote for a car scratch, her blunt reply was “ We don’t do quick quotes and it’s a £30 fee “. What a lovely greeting for a potentially new customer, maybe she needs a bit of training on customer relations.
