It was disappointing that M&S did not stock a gluten free pancake mix for pancake day, just a regular one and a plant based one which both contained gluten. The gluten free bread etc is also very hard to locate in the store and is not sign posted. You need to up your gluten free game M&S.

Visit the men's floor weekly looking at their great range of high quality clothing. The staff are so friendly and helpful. no glum faces at checkout either, just smiles and warm welcomes, they are all a credit to the company.The one (and only) time I've had an issue with an item, there was no fuss, no quibble, just a (cash) refund and great customer service.I highly recommend this store for it's friendly and welcoming atmosphere, great customer service and the staff's (sadly rare nowadays) knack of making you feel like you matter to them.Thanks Nottingham M and S staff, from a very satisfied customer

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing their customer service, and I must say, it was outstanding! Coby provided excellent advice, and their social interaction was top-notch. They were friendly, attentive, and made me feel valued as a customer. Plus, their customer support was exceptional - they went above and beyond to address my needs and ensure my satisfaction. Mandy at the bra fitting appointment was a natural! I was super self conscious about my body but she made me feel right at home. She is an amazing lady. By the end of my appointment I felt super confident and all of the above, comfortable in my own bra for the first time ever! I didn't want to take my bra off even when I got home.
