Not been in here for years tbh. Suit shopping in town with the hubby today. The service in here was excellent. Maria was extremely professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, not had service like that for a long time. Made a very necessary task very easy.

Ordered school uniform 10 days ago for store collection next day. The website allows you to order stuff that they don’t have or they run out of! Lovely, large M&S store; situated in the city centre. Has multiple levels, accessible via escalator. This is one of the only places I shop for outfits for work, and I always find what I need.
