WANTED TO GIVE NO STARS. Awful company - if your insurance company instruct them ask for someone else, unrealistic settlement figures at a 1/3 of costs, no understanding or regional variations, no justification, ignore requests for paperwork with how they came to the figures, emails to MD are ignored, truly shocking company... read full comment
