Never seem to have anything in that we need. If you ask it is always the same answer waiting for a delivery which never seems to turn up. As gone downhill

The self service tills are rubbish!They don't scan the membership card if it's on your phone, it's easy to double scan an item and the staff are so busy it's hard to get help
