“What a lovely shop! It was my 1st visit and will not be my last. Two very friendly women working in the shop and post office were so helpful and the whole experience was like stepping back in time - with an interesting range of goodies and local products.”

“Aldi in Didcot have a good car park which is free for up to 90 minutes. A good selection of produce. I prefer Lidl but there's none in Didcot, so it was fine.”

“Hugely convenient on a Sunday night. The young man that retrieved a product from back of store for me tonight and then served at the till was very helpful, polite, friendly & funny - a credit to the store!???(Unfortunately didn't have a name badge ? on for me to tell you so that you can congratulate him)”

“I am no fan of Midcounties Co-op but this store is the best of the three in Didcot. The staff are usually pleasant (the odd exception) and is usually well stocked. Far too expensive to visit often and I dislike the organisation with a passion but it has been useful during the pandemic. Post Office is not anywhere near as good and staff here need customer service training or replacing.”

“I love Iceland in Didcot because it had loads of brilliants deals and loads of Slimming World meals. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It's a little difficult to take a full trolley to the car park around the back as you have to walk round a wonky path. I also really wish they would deliver to Wantage as there is lots of Slimming World people there but they won't deliver to 7.8 miles which is a real shame. Missing out on lots of orders there!”

“A great local shop, yes it's more expensive than going to a bigger shop but you pay for convenience. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Very good shop”

“The staff are so friendly and it’s a lovely little shop but I’ve given 4* as I’ve noticed a lot of empty shelves when I’ve gone in there lately. Fridges and freezers all stocked but it tends to be the sweets and biscuits that look a little empty. There’s a cash point here as well!”

“The store is massive and there is almost never a shortage of items. From house furnishing to clothes to food you can find anything and everything. The fresh aisle always smells amazing and has a reduced section for things that will expire soon which is very nice. The staff are super helpful and the store now also has an argos inside which is very practical”

“Nice local Asda.\\nThe staff have always been friendly and the shop is clean. They have quite a decent range of products, particularly vegan products. Recently they've made a separate chilled vegan section, which is really varied. Good range of gardening things. The fruits and vegetables are always decent quality compared to Sainsbury's”

“Dropped in to deliver my Evri parcel, used the machine which was quick and easy, lady at the counter was friendly and polite, I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, please note if you are dropping off a parcel to pack the parcel itself and make sure it's secure. They don't package parcels themselves, please use some common sense.”
