“I was expected an hour wait (as with other Natwest branches) but to my surprise I was seen within 5 minutes. Definitely worth visiting off-peak if you need their services.They lose one star as all their services are uncompetitive. If you want a mortgage etc you’d get a far better deal elsewhere.”
“I booked an appointment to open a savings account and went to the branch 2 hours later. I was slightly early and was offered a hot drink or water, and was kept waiting literally a minute before being attended to. Gemma was polite and efficient in opening my account and we were all done within 30 minutes. Great customer service.”
