Service was shocking. The drinks were cold. We ordered a Terry's chocolate orange HOT chocolate and it tasted like water. They used oat milk instead of normal. Imagine if someone has a nut allergy! Will not be visiting this Costa again. Not angry just very disappointed.

My wife - a Costa loyalty card holder - and I called in at lunchtime Sunday 10th December for a couple of toasties and two drinks. Shocking! We waited 10 mins for our drinks to be made, staff were arguing amongst themselves. Then we got our drinks, which were lukewarm and had oat milk cream on top! What a joke!
