Such poor customer service.The incapable and condescending management at this branch clearly struggle to keep up with the branch?s demands, causing the customer experience to be awful. The staff is hurried and overburdened, having no time to properly help and much less advise customers.Concerning the staff themselves, they vary from capable and helpful to prejudicial and rude. Your experience is entirely dependent on who you have the (mis)fortune of being assigned. Most of the blame for this can again be assigned to the completely incapable and incompetent managers, but some employees seem to harbour prejudices which they very clearly let influence the quality of their service. One employee saw this happen and went above and beyond to help me with my issue, which I greatly appreciate.For the sake of everyone?s sanity I hope that management is replaced soon, as currently something as simple as a proof of identity may need you to book out your entire day, and may serve you with a cardiac event.

Worst customer service I?ve encountered at Oxford. When she couldn?t answer my question/just doesn?t know enough, she didn?t apologize or at least try her best to find me other ways to solve problems. This rude lady pretty much told me they?ve never been asked that question and everyone else managed to do it except for me. I got the sense that she thinks my questions are invalid. Also tried to rush me out. Guess I?m not getting an account at your bank cuz we all deserve true willingness to assist your customers regardless of their backgrounds.

Friendly but unhelpful. They make you wait an hour to tell you that your application will be cancelled because the name of your house is not on the proof of address document, with street and postcode matching. Just steals your time.

Terrible bank for joint accounts. At Lloids I was told at branch, that to open joint account is easy, just to cone with wife and passports. In reality there needs to be an appointment, with waiting time approximately 1 month and if you wait so long, the appointment is rescheduled to next month.

Horrible horrible customer service. My account and card had a technical glitch which the bank didn?t inform me about and my account was frozen. The bank manager Jacqui Creed was not helpful or empathetic at all!!!! Go to another bank

Writing to commend David Howell for taking the time and going out of his way to help me open my student bank account after he learnt that the online application platform was malfunctioning. His helpfulness and dedication is starkly contrasted to another staff member who only kept telling me to try the online application until it works.
