I have had to cancel recently due to unforeseen circumstances for Richmond Central, I had not expected to cancel and it is over 2 weeks since I was due, I know I used the saver rate and that's because I didn't expect to cancel, I wouldn't expect a full refund but a partial refund would of been nice especially since it is near Christmas

My partner booked a room for 26th Sept online to be close to our daughter in hospital, to be charged twice for same booking so we contacted customer services to be told our reservation had been cancelled by themselves and we wouldn't receive our refund for 10+days which I think is totally unacceptable they spoke to her like they weren't bothered and didn't really care .disgusting service

Carpet fitters working all night long banging and loud talking inside and outside master room keys given out because the key cards weren't working approx 35 of us there doesn't need saying won't be going back there ring head office put through to complaint nobody answers can't care won't care and don't care I have got your money

Horrible corporation. They higher useful idiots who cannot think for themselves or answer simple questions. They are anti freedom of speech. The employees will mindlessly follow what ever their policy says. Companies like this love wage slaves.

Booked to stay at Chippenham Leigh delamere m4 eastboundRotten !!!Stunk of urine in receptionWaited 20 minutes for receptionist to appear even tho I rung the 0800 numberWhen she apologised saying she was receptionist and house cleaning !The corridor to the room carpet was pink stained right along to room door stunk of sick and feaces!!Daughter refused to even see the room she turned around and sat outside in the car !Dust like snow on everything, lights didn?t work, cobwebs with spiders eating flies on window , hairs in sink , stains in bath, dirty toilet , half a toilet roll and No towels !! Didn?t even unpack , went straight back to reception No one there again waited 20 minutes more , when she appeared I told her about the whole situation and she agreed to the smell and got the manager to give me a refund who never even asked why I was leaving !! Wouldn?t stay for free , would rather sleep in my car

Had an issue with an error in date booked, spoke to Grace (A manager) from central reservations who wasn?t helpful and as an alternative date she offered me Christmas Day sarcastically! Rude, certainly won?t be using Travel Lodge again.

I?ve been using travelodge to book hotels for years. Never have I had a booking cancelled for no reason. Received a random email from the official email address stating my booking had been cancelled. Spent over an hour trying to get in contact with customer services. Told they are not sure why this happened but they will reinstate my booking but it will not appear on my account with the rest of my upcoming bookings. So now it looks like that booking is still cancelled. If I wanted to amend this booking now I would not be able to.We?ve also had issues booking rooms. The payments have not been going through saying there?s issues with our cards so we?ve just been going with premier inn now where possible.Sort it out guys, it?s getting beyond a joke now.

Iv taken a them to a small claims court to get a refund, charged twice for one night stay, customer service was useless, they know they took it, and won't refund me, its cost me £35 but worth every penny, and they pay the court cost.

spoke to one of your Live chat advisors(joke) tried to book a room last night. your online booking told me payment has not gone throu refer.d to payment page again. found out this morning it had gone throu it was your system. at fault. money gone from account. and no room now i have £150 stuck in limbo. and no room and your customer services couldn't give a. you've just lost a loyal customer of 5 years who used travelodge about 20 times a year for two nights a week.

People where being allowed to smoke in their rooms, we complained, to no avail, had to put a rolled towel to the bottom of the door and sleep with the window wide open. The corridor was like a tap room !!!Totally ignored by travelodge, avoidavoid Chaddesden, Derby,

Staff are friendly and try to be very helpful but Travelodge in Halifax is unkempt and dirty, no glasses in room for when youbrush your teeth, no restaurant only a takeaway breakfast which is no good for me as I have to be gluten free for medical reasons, curtains were stained, large chips in table and worst of all shower did not work. We did seek help from reception who put us in another room which was cleaner and shower worked but no soap over sink and still no glass.I have auto immune illnesses and found it disconcerting that none of the hand sanitisers I came across were actually filled.I'm going back to premier where I know what I am getting.

What is going on with new Wimbledon Central?It should have been opened from October 30th.Opening is postponed till Nov 7th now but there are people like who booked that place e.g from Nov 4th to Nov 7th.Nobody cares informing about the changes,relocation, refunds and etc.The hotel itself is not even in the Travelodge list to write a complaint to its customers service.Kind of secret service:)
