The breakfast is not included and quite expensive. There no coffee/ tea available in room. Compare to price £80/ night, the room is very economic class. Tidy.

Don't be put off by the look of the building, this place is great, lovely staff, lovely food, clean rooms. Wouldn't hesitate to book
