Just got a quote for a repair on a washing machine, £389 to replace a drum!? How is that even right? After first call out of £50 just to look at it. All you are doing is encouraging a throw away culture instead of repair. Shocked and disappointed.

Stuart was amazing. He had a super tough and physical job on his hands with our washing which was definitely in need of some TLC.
