Husband booked online, arrived to be told that they didn't have a booking and no spare tables but they then sat us at a table and there were plenty of spare tables the whole evening. Took 20 mins to get each round of drinks. Still waiting on the mayo I asked for when the meal came out and asked for again halfway through...
