Absolutely pitiful customer service. We waited more than 5 minutes for someone to wander over to the counter, it was like the Marie Celeste, after shouting "hello" a member of staff arrived sulkily to ask what we wanted. This is our nearest pharmacy, but after the service decreasing from appalling to abysmal we will walk the extra distance to the town or further up the Perth Road.

Wells Pharmacy NethergateCalled them this morning asking for appointment for flu jab. Informed them it was NHS & not Private, to which they said ok and an appointment was made.. arrived for agreed appointment to be asked for cash from the pharmacist. Insisting they DONT do NHS, they are Private only. When mentioning that his staff are giving wrong information, I was basically accused of being a liar as his staff didn?t say that.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and we?ll do our best to discourage others from falling for this PLEASE avoid this place !! Would give them less stars if I could but won?t allow .. This guy clearly believes the customer is not only wrong but liars also .

Went in for a repeat prescription last Tuesday as I was running out of the medication and was told it will take up to 3 days; the pharmacy assistant (who is always super helpful) has put a note that the request is urgent.
