Absolutely ridiculous opening hours. People who are working full time need to wait untill Saturday to collect parcels.

Yet again, they have changed the times you can collect a parcel so yet again I have made the miles long journey to go and get something to find they have a 2 hour window in the morning to collect. They never ring the bell nor nock the door however the liars lie on their website that delivery has been attempted not only this they have posted my important documents to wrong door and confirm it as delivered, Irresponsible, doing these things is also a crime.
