OK I was served by a lovely personable older gentleman (hope he doesn't get offended). There was a woman cleaning, a younger dark haired guy and the guy that served me yesterday. He helped me buy a shower bracket. Signed me up, because I was new and was very funny. It was lovely to have a happy face and he made my day.... read full comment

On 20/08/23 I popped into Screwfix in Roseburn. I didn’t actually know exactly what I was looking (Sprung Hinges) but the woman that dealt with me was absolutely brilliant. She was patience; we had a giggle and made me feel I wasn’t a daftie!! Wish I had taken her name but thank you for your kind help ??

Can’t fault screwfix, also fast and efficient. Fabulous, happy staff at this store.
