OK I was served by a lovely personable older gentleman (hope he doesn't get offended). There was a woman cleaning, a younger dark haired guy and the guy that served me yesterday. He helped me buy a shower bracket. Signed me up, because I was new and was very funny. It was lovely to have a happy face and he made my day. I was feeling a bit blue, but I left skipping. I'll definitely be shopping there more. Thanks from the woooooo ghost (he'll get the joke). Ps phone setting wrong so pic came out blurry.

On 20/08/23 I popped into Screwfix in Roseburn. I didn?t actually know exactly what I was looking (Sprung Hinges) but the woman that dealt with me was absolutely brilliant. She was patience; we had a giggle and made me feel I wasn?t a daftie!! Wish I had taken her name but thank you for your kind help ??

Their system works well. Order on line with good help available via the reviews which I?ve always found accurate. Plus the product Q&A is pretty helpful. Collecting from the store is straight forwarded with the staff at the Murryfield branch in Edinburgh very helpful. As I?ve done a number of projects this year this review is based on ordering well over fifty separate items and making far too many visits to collect.

Opening hours from online comfirmed order page differs from actual store operating hours.Bounced off the door 5 past 6PM (Just this one in Edinburgh) running to get some tools required to complete a gift for my friend... Genuinely angry, accompanied by employees folks leaving their car park with a sarcastic smirk on their tired faces. Ah well...
