“Always really helpful and friendly staff. Regardless of how much is in your account you are made to feel like a partner at the bank rather than an inconvenience. The comfortable, welcoming interior also reflects this. My only feedback would be that somewhere to sit if the queue is long would be really welcome as I've noticed a lot of people queueing at banks tend to be on the older side who aren't comfortable with the newer remote deposit technology etc.”

The younger gentleman is very efficient and observant of what the customers are doing and wanting to have done when they enter the premises. I don't normally notice good customer service, but when it goes slightly beyond of average, it is noticeable.”
“The only reason there is a 4 star review is the staff in the opticians. After finishing (after thorough examination lasting 3 hrs) I popped upstairs to gwt 2 pack of socks. Came down to pay, all xheckout were very busy, so went to self checkour, only to be told be a very curt member of staff, it was only for trolleys. Decided at that point due to severe headache and paiful itchy eyes to leave the soxks and left the shop. It would have taken me all of 2 mins to scan snd pay. Not happy with service in shop.”

Would have given 5 stars but for the fact they are always too slow to drop the price of premium (v-power) in line with a similar drop in price on regular unleaded. Not the fault of Shell, as the prices are ultimately set by the franchisee.”
