Great big store staff can be very helpful only down part to the shop is the self checkout card payment only who?s idea was that should be card and cash payment at self checkouts not everyone pays with card and putting you?re staff under pressure as the checkouts cause some customers will refuse to use self checkouts definitely not doing yourself?s any favour

Nobody to give advice. Asked and told to wait in the aisle, waited 30mins, nobody showed up. Terrible customer service.Shops fine if you know your stuff but don't expect help otherwise

Stock showing online, tickets available at product ( DeWalt Cordless Drill ) to take to the till, which I did. But after waiting, and waiting, no drills to be found anywhere! Yet we have to try and support our local businesses, another reason why online wins! Wasted journey and my job will have to wait.

I enjoy goung to B&Q I love the layout of the shop. I love how you can get most things you need for your home under the one roof. Staff are usually very helpful and pleasent

I'm always surprised by how stylish and design-led a lot of their products are. I think I have a preconception of B&Q stuff as being a bit utilitarian. But I think they understand that they are competing with the likes of IKEA so they need to keep up with the aesthetics. Only complaint about this store is the slightly odd way that things are laid out. EG lighting is a 20 minute walk away from light fittings.

Disappointed with range of goods e.g. Weedkiller concentrate very limited encouraging you to buy expensive ready mix. Couldn't find bulkhead lights, only decorative expensive lights, no use for crawl spaces in the loft or basement. They might be there but staff appeared busy. Only one checkout open at 9.45 and the self checkouts were not open. Not good enough.

Have previously found this store very good, but today very slow service, unfortunately. Waited so long to speak to counter service that I considered leaving and going to a different shop. A good range but not laid out that obviously. Some of the aisles referenced on the website/app seem not to exist!

Bnq. What can you say. Been using for more than 20 years. Still provides the bare minium in customer service, always feels under staffed. Not the fault of the staff who always seem harassed and too busy to serve their trade customers.Need to concentrate on getting people out the door. I use the trade bit so I use bnq for my lively hood. I do not want to spend my lunchtime waiting in a que. Getting people served means they have spent something. I have on occasion walked out and went elsewhere due to slow service. You would think taking money from customers who want to spend would be a priority? To be fair it did take a global pandemic to happen before they upgraded to contactless payments.Apart from that a fantastic place to spend the weekend aimlessly wandering around. There are loads of products and parking is good at this Bnq.

We went to Bishopsbrigs first, but the saw was not working. We had to drive back to Western Road; had some boards cut down to size, and Andy on the saw was very helpful and a credit to BnQ; brilliant service, thanks Andy

Pile of garden arches reduced from £149 to £75 as per picture. After buying a tape measure, measuring the car we went back in to buy one.All in the pile had seen better says, split green wood and some with no fixings. Figured it was end of line stock.Picked the one good arch and took a picture of the sign as no tickets on them.Spotted the display arch much further away in the garden section, still at full price.Got to check out, showed the code to the checkout operator. It needed authorisation. They called gardening who said it was display model only..The sign was beside a pile of at least 8 arches all looking a little tired. Nowhere near the display model. They said it is full price, end of storey so we left with out the arch. Very disappointed that the garden plans are now not going to plan and them false advertising a price that wasn't upheld with no discussion about it.

Have just taken delivery of Mia garden furniture set from your store. My husband and myself are both 78 years of age, and we?re a bit concerned about how we would get the set to our back garden. There was no need to worry as the two delivery drivers carried it out to our patio for us. Very smart and courteous guys, thank you so much
