Very helpful staff, apart from one young lady with long dark hair who was rude and impatient, when asked about my 1st package which I couldn't get as I didn't have the right bar code, no advice given. I felt degraded and upset.Came back next day and guy called Russell couldn't have been more helpful and I got my parcel.
