Staff very nice but couldnt redeem my free coffee off my app because Costa share the building with the Odeon.Absolutely ridiculous excuse,the bosses have shot themselves in the foot...big time !! Will not return and will tell others.Thankyou,Phil.

The lady with blonde hair that usually works on a Friday or Saturday night makes great drinks, efficiently with a friendly smile too. Would recommend!

Earned free drink on my costa club card, only to be told this “Costa Coffee” don’t accept free drink rewards because they share with building with “Odeon” that’s about the most ridiculous thing i think I’ve ever heard. Wow! Won’t be back.
