Staff very nice but couldnt redeem my free coffee off my app because Costa share the building with the Odeon.Absolutely ridiculous excuse,the bosses have shot themselves in the foot...big time !! Will not return and will tell others.Thankyou,Phil.

The lady with blonde hair that usually works on a Friday or Saturday night makes great drinks, efficiently with a friendly smile too. Would recommend!

Earned free drink on my costa club card, only to be told this ?Costa Coffee? don?t accept free drink rewards because they share with building with ?Odeon? that?s about the most ridiculous thing i think I?ve ever heard. Wow! Won?t be back.

Made up my order wrong but I didn't complain because it was tastier than what I normally order! They forgot to add an extra bean for a reusable cup. Can earn beans but not redeem them.

Always get a coffee from here every time I?m at the cinema, and genuinely have had the best mochas multiple times from this location alone. The food items can be nice compared to the cinema options, and they are usually relatively quick as long as there?s not a long queue ahead. Always plenty of seating options available, although I usually take my food and drink straight through to my screening. Have only had positive experiences, would recommend.

Made my wife's drink wrong the first time but when she asked he was honest and remade it. Did a good job but maybe needs a refresher on what dairy. She enjoyed her coffee. 5 stars for human relations and customer service
