“Nice park. A good place for physical activity. You can also relax here on one of the benches or have a barbecue with family or friends. There is a small playground on site. This makes it a good place for families with children. Now in autumn it is not as nice here as in summer, but there is no bad season for walking outdoors. Even in Glasgow there are beautiful and sunny days.”

“Jessops is a shop that is under the Buchanan Galleries section in Glasgow and I needed to come here to print off some pictures from my holiday trip and they were great with my request, I was shown the way to the machines to do this myself, I liked that there were different options to download the pictures and I had an SD card and I just inserted it into the machine and then selected my options. The pictures came out crystal clear and it lasted a good while.I did buy a camera from here many years ago that I still use to this day, I purchased it online and then went to pick it up and it was perfect for when I was studying in college and needed to have something that had good quality and despite it being over ten years old, it's still matches today's standards and sometimes I'm still astounded at the quality of my camera.”

“Amazing to see all the beauty counters full again! Has been so long. Managed to get some much needed bits from Estée Lauder, Clarins and Clinique. I find that they counters stock a lot more than the other stores ie Buchanan galleries and St Enochs. All the women on the counters were such great help. Really hope it’ll start getting busy again soon!”

“The John Lewis here is huge, with multiple floors and it can be accessed from either the Buchanan Galleries or the other side where the Buchanan Bus Station is. I've enjoyed browsing through the products on here but I have found this place to be quite pricy but the quality is always excellent. I enjoy looking through the technology section and seeing what's new and what's coming up. I once had an issue with one of the products I purchased and the staff there went above and beyond to ensure that I had my problem solved. They also have toilets here for the customers and they have men's toilets, women's toilets, baby changing and disabled toilets. They are good at accommodating customer needs.”

“Brighthouse has been here a while and while most of there products are up to date it's the high repayment price if you can overtook that then for sure nice shop friendly staff.”

The staff are always busy and always helpful and if you have any donations to give this is the place to give them to it will fund more research into different types of heart problems and heart disease.so if you are feeling in a good mood and want to donate they will gladly accept”

“I was delighted to receive my new Airpods for Christmas. Within the first week of using them, there was cracking and volume problems. I first contacted Apple's Live Chat to gain their expertise. After an hour with no success, Apple advised me to book an appointment in their Braehead store. This was not a good experience. The diagnostic showed no fault and after a further hour speaking to staff and finally the manager, I was told to return to Argos. I was met by Sharon, a very friendly and helpful member of staff who within 5 minutes had taken my information and organised a replacement pair. Argos is not a shop I visit very often however I was delighted that their customer service was exceptional. I cannot say the same for Apple Braehead, where I was left feeling patronised. I am glad that these Airpods were purchased from Argos and not directly from Apple. Had they been bought from Apple, I am certain I would still be left with a faulty product.”

The sizes are also accurately displayed on the hangers which is a nice touch. A special thank you to Tony who took the time to chat and give my advice on what to see and do in Glasgow. Walk in, book an appointment and then have an exclusive service with an employee expert in your area of trouble. Compared to other stores the service quality is truely the greatest.”

“Visited Boots this afternoon at Braehead and went to purchase MAC makeup. I couldn’t find my colour of foundation and was helped by a fabulous customer assistant called Chloe, she had the patience of a saint! In fact she found me my colour of foundation, and another product, a MAC lipstick, I told her I was also looking for an eyeshadow palette and she came back to help me find my colour as I was looking for new make up for a holiday from XXecutive xxpress shadow palette from Revolution! Without a doubt this young lady went above and beyond to help me today and I’m absolutely delighted with my customer experience and will definitely be back!!!
